This little creature reacts when direct sun (or a bright light source) hits the tiny little panel on its back by jiggling, shaking, and moving around.

Fun for all ages, this grasshopper can be an excellent learning toy for kids !  They can be taught about photovoltaics without even knowing they are learning something !!

Not recommended for under 2 years of age, there are small parts on this critter.

Not including antenna, this insect measures about 1 3/4 inches long.

NO BATTERIES NEEDED !  Just bright sunlight, or a bright light source.

And the best part ?  He won't eat your Luffa plants !
